Introduction
陳腐化した53cm魚雷の後継として開発された大型の61cm魚雷。
その三連装発射管は、駆逐艦の主力兵装として特型駆逐艦「吹雪」型などに搭載されました。
その改良型である本兵装は、装填魚雷を「九三式酸素魚雷」に換装、戦訓を取り入れ、改良と調整を重ねた後期型酸素魚雷装備です。
A large 61cm torpedo that was developed as the successor of the obsolete 53cm torpedo.
The triple torpedo launcher was mounted onto various ships such as the special-type destroyers of the Fubuki-class as their main armament.
This armament is an improved model where the original torpedoes were replaced with type 93 oxygen torpedoes and lessons learned from actual combat were incorporated,
resulting in a thoroughly improved and fine-tuned late-model oxygen torpedo equipment.
Mechanics
Torpedoes are almost exlusively used to trigger Night Cut-Ins, especially the Torpedo Cut-In (TCI). Their main stat is the "torpedo" 
stat.
- This stat is also used to calculate damages during the Opening Torpedo Salvo and Closing Torpedo Salvo.
