Introduction

米海軍で開発され、運用された潜水艦用魚雷兵装です。
前部6門の発射管から最大6射線、後部発射管もあわせれば、10発の魚雷で攻撃可能です。
信頼性の向上した後期型の魚雷は、日本の輸送船舶や護衛艦艇に対して圧倒的な猛威を発揮、
日本海軍そして日本全体の継戦能力を大きく削っていきました。

A torpedo weapon developed and deployed by the US Navy.
When the 6 bow tubes are combined with the stern tubes, the submarine is capable of launching a 10 torpedo spread.
The more reliable late-model torpedoes were an overwhelming menace against Japanese convoys and escort vessels.
It severely limited the ability of the Imperial Japanese Navy and Japan to prosecute the war.

Mechanics

Torpedoes are almost exlusively used to trigger Night Cut-Ins, especially the Torpedo Cut-In (TCI). Their main stat is the "torpedo" Torpedo Attack stat.

When used by themselves or together with Submarine Equipment Submarine Equipment, late-model submarine torpedoes can trigger Night Cut-Ins that have higher damage modifiers than the usual Torpedo Cut-In.
