Introduction

旧式の53cm魚雷の連装発射管です。新型の61cm酸素魚雷と比較すると、
射程・威力共に陳腐化は否めませんが、近距離魚雷戦ではまだまだ現役です。
やや旧式の艦隊型駆逐艦「神風」型などに装備されました。

This is the firing tube of the older 53cm Torpedo. When compared with the newer 61cm oxygen torpedo,
the range and power are outclassed, but it is serviceable in close-range torpedo combat.
This was equipped by the slightly older-class destroyers such as the "Kamikaze-class".
