General Information
  • She is named after Kasuga Shrine. Her name on remodel means "Big Eagle".
  • She was launched on the 19th of September 1940, as a Nitta Maru-class cargo liner.
  • Sunk by the submarine USS Rasher off Cape Bolinao, Luzon, on the 18th of August 1944.
Update History
  • She was added on the 2nd of May 2017 as Spring 2017 Event E3 reward.
  • She had her Kai Ni on release.
Misc
  • The color of her clothes as Kasuga Maru is a reference to the NYK funnel paint scheme of two parallel red lines on a white background.
