Fast Battleships (FBB) are BB with higher speed. They:
- Usually have more permissive Routings,
- Can be placed in the Escort of a Combined Fleet regardless of their speed.

- General Information
- Bismarck is named after the German chancellor, Otto von Bismarck.
- She was launched on the 14th of February 1939.
- She was sunk on her first operation, Operation Rheinübung, on the 27th of May 1941 in the North Atlantic Ocean (48°10'N 16°12'W).
- Swordfish eventually scored a torpedo hit on the rudder, jamming it to starboard & ending Bismarck's retreat to Brest, France.
- Update History
- She was added on the 14th of March 2014 as part of the LSC construction pool.
- She got her zwei on the 23rd of April 2014 update.
- She got her drei on the 26th of September 2014 update.
- Misc
- Her kai art is based on her Baltic camouflage applied at Kiel Bay. Her zwei art represents her repainting before departing Norway to the Atlantic Ocean during Operation Rheinübung.
- The Bismarck-class was the largest built by the European powers.
- Bismarck was not initially equipped with torpedo tubes. They are from Tirpitz, which was.
- She sunk the world's largest battlecruiser, the HMS Hood (51).
- Her wreck was discovered in 1989 by Dr. Robert Ballard.
- Subsequent expeditions have shown a crew-initiated scuttling ensured that it was sooner rather than later.
