凍るような寒さの寒冷地で、空母の艦載機運用を支障なく行うための装備と、その航空機発着艦のための訓練を重ねた甲板要員です

This is an equipment required to operate carrier-based planes in freezing conditions, including deck crews that have been trained to handle planes taking off and landing in these conditions.

Mechanics

Is required for CV(B/L) to sortie on "arctic maps" (Event only so far).

Exceptionally equipable on Akitsu Maru KaiAkitsu Maru Kai.
