水上艦艇に搭載するものよりやや直径の小さい長射程高威力を誇る必殺の潜水艦搭載酸素魚雷。
その無気泡発射管改良後期型を潜水艦の艦首に8門集中した本兵装は、圧倒的な雷撃攻撃力を潜水艦に付与します。
