Introduction
ダメコン（ダメージコントロール）集団の最上位バージョン。
艦娘の戦闘による致命的な被害を最小限に抑えて、大切な艦娘を轟沈（ロスト）から護ると共に、
発動すると、同艦娘の耐久力と燃料・弾薬などの補給物資を全回復してくれるという、
まさに女神のようなオーバーテクノロジーな至高のダメコン！

Notes
Unbuildable. Event reward for clearing the following maps:May_2013_Event E-1, August_2013_Event E-2, Fall_2013_Event E-3 and Spring 2014 Event E-4
When a ship that is equipped with Repair Goddess is sunk, the ship will be brought back to life with full HP. Ammo/Fuel bars are replenished fully.
Also if this is equipped to a flagship, the player can be use this before heading to another node, restoring the flagship back to full health as well as gaining the same benefits as said above.
This item is consumed upon activation.
