Ship remodels superior to the named one in the requirement do not matter for any quest, being interchangeable , unless indicated otherwise. Ship types cannot be replaced by any similar type for any quest, unless specifically indicated otherwise, see here for more details about ship types. Due to how quests are frequently added, quest prerequisites are often incomplete. If a quest is not unlocked after clearing the listed prerequisites, please try to complete as many previously introduced quests as possible. Also try to have as many "cyclical quests" (dailies, weeklies, ...) completed in any of those situations as they are often part of the requirements. See here for all error messages.
