She is named after Admiral Frank Fletcher.
She was launched on the 3rd of May 1942.
Sold on the 22nd of February 1972 and scrapped.

She was added on the 25th May 2019 as Spring 2019 Event E4 drop.
She got her Mod.2 and Mk.II on the 20th of May 2020.

Nameship of her class and also one of the most decorated US Navy warships with a grand total of 20 Battle Stars (15 from WW2 and 5 from the Korean War)
Her High Summer CG for her Mk2 remodel is actually based off a real image of her warship counterpart docked in Post-War Pearl Harbor with a huge Hawaiian Lei.
