With the release of her Kai Ni on June 23rd 2017, Yura has now become a multi talented CL that can perfrom the following abilities:

• She can launch a preemptive torpedo attack like Abukuma Kai Ni.
• She can use all forms of Daihatsu just like her CL Sisters Abukuma Kai Ni and Kinu Kai Ni.
• She has the ability to use all forms of seaplanes including Seaplane Bombers, and Seaplane Fighters.
• She can equip an 8cm Twin High-angle Mount + Additional Machine Guns in an expansion slot.
• She has a unique AACI set up that is unique and provides a guaranteed plane shoot down of 5.
