General Notes:

• Torpedo Cruisers are light cruisers remodelled to arm a massive quantity of torpedoes. In this game, they are the only few cruisers that are able to equip midget submarines for a preemptive torpedo strike, Type A Ko-hyoteki.
• Torpedo cruisers have the highest torpedo stat among light cruisers, making them terrifically deadly night combatants.
• Light cruiser Kiso remodels into a torpedo cruiser with her second remodel at level 65.
• Kitakami and Ooi have very low first remodel level, level 10. They can be used as an easy source of 61cm Quad (Oxygen) Torpedo Mount.
• All torpedo cruisers at their second remodel have a valuable 61cm Quint (Oxygen) Torpedo Mount as default equipment.
