Fast battleship is an informal term for defining battleships with extra speed. There is no separate hull classification for "fast" or "slow" battleship. All battleships are classed as BB. Fast Battleships are battleships with extra speed which deals with the weakness of WW2 era battleships, "slow". Their fast speed allows them to participate in fast fleet naval operations such as escorting aircraft carriers. A fast battleship, or sometimes refered as a battlecruiser is expected to be on par with battleships in terms of combat ability and armor while having the advantage of fast speed. 

• All Kongou-class ships begin with three equipment slots, and increases to 4 slots after remodel.  All other battleships have four slots regardless.
• Kirishima Kai Ni comes with an uncraftable Searchlight.
• All default equipments of Bismarck are uncraftable.
• Bismarck Zwei has the second highest amount of HP in game, second to Musashi with a difference of 1. Remodel of Bismarck from Kai to Zwei requires 1 remodel blueprint . 
• Nagato and Yamato was considered as fast battleship?[ 1 ]
