重雷装巡洋艦 Torpedo Cruiser 雷巡 CLT* Can equip Ko-hyoteki to enable the opening torpedo attack.
練習巡洋艦 Training Cruiser 練巡 CT* Mostly act as light cruisers, giving an experience bonus to the fleet they are in.
