List of heavy cruisers by upgraded maximum stats

• Notable Heavy Cruisers (CA):
  • Myoukou-class second remodels have best in class stats and come with rare equipment.
  • Mogami-class and Tone-class Heavy Cruisers will change type to Aviation Cruisers (CAV) after remodel.
    • Tone-class have the highest line of sight (LoS) stat in-game.  They are the highest in stats after Myoukou-class.
    • Mogami-class have lower stats and lower consumption.
    • Aviation Cruisers can't be used in quests or branching rules that explicitly require Heavy Cruisers.  They function the same in combat when their special aviation planes are not equipped.
    • Aviation Cruisers equipped with Seaplane Bombers and Autogyro can take part in Opening Airstrike and attack Submarines.
    • Planes can be launched at 中破 (moderate damage).
    • Aviation Cruisers can equip Drum Canister and Mogami-class are commonly used in 5-4 for this sole purpose.
  •  Maya has a low remodel level (18) and second best AA stat.  At lower levels, she will be the strongest Heavy Cruiser.
  • Aoba-class and Furutaka-class have low fuel and ammo consumption, consider using them in expeditions that require Heavy Cruisers.
  • Prinz Eugen comes with rare equipment. Also has high Luck, Armor, HP, and Torpedo.
