Isuzu can remodel at Lv12 and come with a nice type22 radar, as well as +5 AA for other ship girls modernization(merge). She now also has a second remodel at Lv50 which comes with both a type 22 and type 23 radar, as well as a type 3 depth charge. Yuubari even has only 20 total fuel consumption before her upgrade (25 in table below), making her great for some of the expeditions that require her class.

Other highlighted girls have good stats, and surpass some heavy cruisers in terms of firepower, making CLs one of the most versatile classes in the game.
