Note:

• Jack of all trades, master of none.
• Try Maya and the Takao-class if you want one.
• Tone-class is another interesting choice considering their high view range/LOS stat.
• Aviation cruisers equipped with seaplanes can attack submarines, but damage is still dependent on the quality of seaplanes you equip them and with the number of seaplanes you stack.
• All remodeled heavy cruisers have four slots.
• Heavy cruisers can shoot torpedo in the torpedo salvo phase even without equipping a torpedo, unless she is moderate or badly damaged.
