Notable remarks:

Akagi is rewarded when you complete B10. See Quests.
Kaga has good damage output. To compensate, her supply cost is quite high.
Souryuu and Hiryuu are both very supply efficient for CVs.
Zuikaku and Shoukaku are well-rounded CVs.
Taihou has the highest armor and AA stat. Unlike other CV, Taihou can launch planes at 中破 (moderate damage). This last fact alone makes her single-handedly the best CV.
