Notes:

• Kongou-class battleships start with 3 slots, then upgrade to 4 after first remodel.
• Fusou and Yamashiro Kai Ni come with the rare Prototype 41cm Triple Cannon.
• Bismarck Drei has the unique ability to launch torpedoes as a Battleship.
• Ise-class and Fusou-class will change type to Aviation Battleships after remodel.
  • Aviation Battleships equipped with Seaplane Bombers and Autogyro can take part in Opening Airstrike and attack Submarines.
  • Planes can be launched at 中破 (moderate damage).
  • Consider using a Type Zero recon seaplane in conjunction with a radar or special shell ammunition when dealing with fleets that contain a single submarine to avoid attacking the submarine instead of other capital ships.
• While Kongou-class battleships provide 41 cm main guns when remodelled to their Kai form (and all except Haruna provide an additional 41 cm main gun when remodelled to Kai-ni), they suffer an overweight penalty to accuracy when using those guns. Consider 'downgrading' to 35.6 cm guns if accuracy is an issue and firepower is sufficient.
