Notable remarks:

• Akagi is rewarded when you complete B10. See Quests.
• Kaga has good damage output. To compensate, her supply cost is quite high.
• Souryuu and Hiryuu are both very supply efficient for CVs.
• Zuikaku and Shoukaku are well-rounded CVs. 
• Taihou has the highest armor and AA stat. Unlike other CV, Taihou can launch planes at 中破 (moderate damage). This last fact alone makes her single-handedly the best CV.
