She is the first American-based Kanmusu to be introduced into the KanColle franchise.
Her debut introduction occurred in KanColle Kai, and she will eventually appear in the browser version by the Spring Event.
To obtain her in KanColle Kai, you have complete the game on Hard difficulty and she will be your last reward which will be carried over into new game+.
She's also the first Kanmusu in which her ship she is based upon is both a survivor from WWII and still exists to this present day.
