Irako was an IJN Supply Ship, used as an NPC in the game. She can be used with the Gift (給) button in the Composition menu to raise Morale.

A new type of food supply ship that boosts the morale of shipgirls. Can be used in the "Fleet" menu.

Using Irako increases the morale:

Of the flagship by +25,
