Does not participate in Aerial Combat, and cannot be shot down.

• In LBAS plane slots can still be reduced by the base taking heavy damage.

When equipped to a Land-base it:

• In Sortie mode it can extend the Combat Radius
  • LB Land-based Reconnaissance Aircraft
    
    will additionally:
    • Adds a bonus post-cap damage multiplier to all Aircraft in the base.
    • Adds a bonus multiplier to the total Sortie Fighter-Power of the base.
• In Air Defense mode, adds a bonus multiplier to the total Defense Fighter-Power of the base.
