New Items

-Be careful, applying a ribbon has NO CONFIRMATION SCREEN when clicking on it, applying to the current secretary!
-If the secretary already has a ribbon it will simply be OVERWRITTEN and be LOST.

Ribbons are immediately given to the secretary when activated.

They cannot be transferred to another ship once used.
Only one ribbon type can be on a ship at once.
Their function will be extended later.

Sea-colored Ribbon

Up to 2 can be exchanged for 12 Teru Teru Bouzu each.
Gives a permanent post cap +1 and +1 .

White Tasuki

Rewarded by 2307 B1
Gives a permanent post cap +2 and +2 .

New Remodel

Amatsukaze Kai Ni has been introduced.

Equipment

The craft rates of some equipment have been increased with a specific Flagship:
- Enhanced Kanhon Type Boiler - with Amatsukaze
- Type 3 Shell - with Kongou-class
- Daihatsu Landing Craft - with Akitsu Maru, Shinshuu Maru, Souya (AGS)
The fit bonuses have been buffed.
