Game Updates/2019/June 25th

The Spring 2019 Event, "Commence! Second Hawaii Relief Operation" has finished.
Shipgirl changes
- The nameship of the Kai-Shiratsuyu-class destroyers, Umikaze, has received her Kai Ni remodel.
  - Consumes an Action Report - can be obtained via new quest.
  - Can equip Daihatsu and Type 2 Ka-Mi Tank.
  - Can equip Fleet Command Facility.
  - Receives a fit bonus with 12.7cm Twin Mount Type-C Kai 2 and any surface radar combo. She also receives a bonus from equipping 61cm Quad (Oxygen) Torpedo Mount Late Model
  - Comes with a set of new voice lines.
- Commandant Teste, Mizuho, Kamoi and Richelieu will now receive a fit bonus to LoS and Evasion from Laté 298B.
  - Richelieu can now equip the aforementioned aircraft.
- Mitsukoshi Casual CGIs have been disabled.
  - They can be seen in the Glossary.
- Gotland, Nelson, Maestrale, Colorado, Fletcher, Garibaldi, Shinyou, Nisshin, Minegumo, Ooi, Hayanami, Hamanami have received new seasonal lines for the Rainy Season.
- Ooi, Hayanami, Gambier Bay, Sado and Amagiri have received new seasonal CGI for the Rainy Season.

- New quests have been implemented
  - D30 [Reinforce our defences as well as reconnaissance!] - 警備及び哨戒偵察を強化せよ！
  - D31 [Carry out an expedition to the southern front!] - 南方戦線遠征を実施せよ！
  - C33 [Aviation squadron training (Part 1)] - 航空戦隊演習(その壱)
  - C34 [Aviation squadron training (Part 2)] - 航空戦隊演習(その弐)
  - B135 [Patrol the coastal waters!] - 近海哨戒を実施せよ！
  - B136 [Peerless "DesDiv 24", sortie!] - 精鋭「二四駆逐隊」出撃せよ！
  - B137 [Superior "CarDiv 1", sortie!] - 精強！「第一航空戦隊」出撃せよ！
  - F88 [Formation of the CarDiv 1's peerless "Ryuusei Kai" squadron] - 一航戦精鋭「流星改」隊の編成
  - They reward, among others, Action Report and Furniture Fairy
Akashi Arsenal changes
- It has become possible to improve Torpedo Bombers starting with Type 97 Torpedo Bomber.
- Tenzan is slated for the next update.
  - Type 97 Torpedo Bomber can be upgraded to an ASW version.
  - Similarly to the base version, Type 97 Torpedo Bomber (931 Air Group) has also become improvable.
