Introduction

This article is meant to be a rough guideline to help you determine which girls you should be leveling. Included in this is which girls you should be using your limited blueprints, action reports and prototype catapults on. Event-only girls are listed separately due to their rarity. Any girl not listed here can be considered low priority.

The bare minimum you'll require for events is 7DD 1CL 3CA/V 4FBB 2CV 2CVL. This covers all combined fleet combinations with no extra capacity for ship locks or historical ships.

As a general rule, girls which require special resources (blueprint, action report, protoype catapult) are rated lower than their counterparts unless they outclass every other girl in that category. Unless otherwise noted, you should be getting girls to their highest remodel.

The advice in this article assumes you already have the girl. Don't stress about missing high priority girls.

Medium	Yura	Very versatile. Can perform opening torpedoes, carry SPF and perform AACI.
	Noshiro	Strong 4 Slot CL, can equip Tanks
	Kuma Kai Ni D	Can equip minisubs, loses the ability to equip torpedoes
	Zara	Can carry SPF but counts as CA. Kai Ni makes her more combat capable.
	Unryuu	Required for Reppuu 601 conversion quest.
	Fusou Yamashiro	Decent BBVs.
	Mutsu	Powerful special ability.
	Akagi Kaga	5-slots. Becomes CVn with Kai Ni E remodel. Becomes Jet-Capable ASW-CV with Kai Ni Go Remodel (Kaga) Requires 2 blueprints and a Prototype Catapult.
	Ryuuhou Kai Ni (E)	Becomes CVn with Kai Ni E remodel Good Stats for a CVL Requires 2 blueprints and a Prototype Catapult.
Low	Musashi	5-slots. Can carry SPF and perform AACI.
	Kumano	Becomes a better CAV.
	Choukai	Required to unlock LBAS in World 6. Powerful CA.
	Hyuuga	5-slots. Can carry carrier fighters. Can OASW with certain equipment setups. Requires 2 blueprints and a Prototype Catapult.
	Italia Roma	Can carry SPF but counts as FBB.
	Tama	Can carry SPF.
	Fletcher	Unlocks Quests for powerful ASW Equipment Minor Stat gains, core capabilities remain unchanged
	Naganami	Useful DD but have substitutes that don't require blueprints. Has 12.7cm Twin Gun Mount Model D Kai 2 Stock Unlocks quarterly quest for Action Report.
	Ooshio Arashio Arare	Useful DDs but have substitutes that don't require blueprints. Can carry Landing craft and Amphibious Tanks.
	Kagerou Shiranui Kuroshio	Useful DDs but have substitutes that don't require blueprints. (Requires all 3) Unlocks quest for Prototype Flight Deck Catapult. Prerequisite quest requires Ooshio, Arashio & Arare.
	Yuugumo Makigumo Kazagumo Akigumo	Useful DDs but have substitutes that don't require blueprints. Except Akigumo, has 12.7cm Twin Gun Mount Model D Kai 2 Stock (Requires all 4) Unlocks quest for 61cm Quadruple (Oxygen) Torpedo Mount Late Model
	Takanami Okinami Asashimo	Useful DDs but have substitutes that don't require blueprints. Has 12.7cm Twin Gun Mount Model D Kai 2 Stock
Very Low	Kongou Hiei	Gains a Night Battle Special Attack Gains torpedo stat. Requires 2 blueprints.
	Amagi Katsuragi	Regular CVs with nothing special.
	Bismarck	Gains torpedo stat. Requires 2 blueprints.
	Taiyou Shinyou	Counts as CVE. Requires Prototype Catapult.
	Kinu	Good expedition ship with built in daihatsu bonus.
	Gotland	Requires Prototype Catapult. Gains Daihatsu Capability and better Planeslots
