Akashi arsenal updates

• Type 2 Depth Charge can be upgraded with some DE
• Late Model Bow Torpedo Mount (4 tubes) can be upgraded with a certain pair of submarine sister
• Type124 ASDIC can be upgraded and converted to Type144/147 ASDIC
• Type 0 Passive Sonar can be upgraded with some battleship
  • the schedule of Type 96 150cm Searchlight has been changed

• AA fit bonuses have been somewhat fixed and now contribute to the air defense phase^[pn18]
  • AA fit bonuses still don't contribute to fighter power on planes
• US and UK depth charges^[pn19] now penetrate armor
• Max ship slot increased to 550
