Note:
- Searchlights require at least 2 and Star Shells require at least 5 on the ship at the start of the night battle to trigger
- Searchlights have 100% activation rate
- Star Shells have an activation rate of 70% on each ship that have them equipped. The activation is checked from top to bottom
- Searchlights reduce the nighttime evasion of the ship it's equipped on significantly
- About Night Recons:
- The recon cannot trigger on a slot of size 0.

- If there are multiple night scouts in the fleet, each will have a chance to trigger.

- The Air State must be AD, AP, AS or AS+ in PvP.
