March 30th, 2021 Mogami Kai Ni / Yahagi Kai Ni update

1. Mogami Kai Ni
   • Mogami has been now given a new remodel allowing her to switch to Kai Ni/Kai Ni Toku.
   • Kai Ni allows Mogami to be an efficient Aviation Cruiser
   • BluePrint, Action report, and Aviation Materials are required for her remodel.
     • Mogami's remodel is interchangeable and she can change to Mogami Kai Ni Toku.
   • Kai Ni Toku allows Mogami to take on an anti installation role and transport role by allowing Mogami to use Daihatsu while sacrificing her plane capacity.
   • She can also use Midget subs and launch opening torpedo strikes.
     • Both forms have to benefit when armed with Zuiuns and Kyoufuu Kai.
     • Both forms also get boosted benefits from Type 21 Air Radars and 8cm High Angle Guns
2. Yahagi Kai Ni
   • Yahagi has been now given a new remodel allowing her to switch to Kai Ni/Kai Ni B.
   • Blue Print and Action report are required for her remodel.
   • Her remodel is interchangeable between Kai Ni and Kai Ni B
   • Kai Ni allows Yahagi to take on an carry Daihatsu and tanks and most other gear like normal, 4th slot has limitations.
   • Kai Ni B allows for Yahagi to use enhance her AA, allows her to equip Midget subs and launch opening torpedo strikes.
3. New Quests
   • A total of 9 Quest have been implemented:
     • Escort the convoy to transport new weapons development materials!
     • Remodeled Aviation cruiser "Mogami", Advance!
     • Carry out "Mogami-class" modernization work!
     • Continued: "Mogami-class" modernization work!
     • Remodeled Aviation cruiser Mogami, Weigh Anchor!
     • Nishimura Fleet, elite advance sweeping forces, advance!
     • Remodeled Yahagi, Elite Destroyer Squadron Flagship, Commence Exercise.
     • Flagship of the 2nd Torpedo Squadron, Yahagi, shall take care of this!
     • (Spring Only) Spring Coastal Patrol Stroll
4. New Equipment
   • Type 21 Air Radar Kai Ni has been implemented.

6. Stat update
   • The following stats have been improved for the following ships:
     • Tone Kai Ni : Max AA up, Max Evasion, LoS growth up
     • Chikuma Kai Ni : Max AA up, Max Evasion up, LoS growth up
     • Myoukou Kai Ni : Max Armor up, Max Evasion up, Max luck up
     • Ashigara Kai Ni : Max Evasion up, Max Firepower up, Max AA up
     • Nachi Kai Ni : Max Firepower up, Max Torpedo up, Max Luck up
     • Haguro Kai Ni : Max Armor up, Max AA up, Max Evasion up
7. Limited Time Drop Update
   • Harukaze can now drop in the seas near Penang (7-3) for a limited period of time
   • Fukae will no longer drop on 7-3.
   • Hirato is still avalaible on 7-3.
   • Amatsukaze no longer drops on Bashi Island (2-2) but is still get her from Eastern Orel Sea (2-3).
   • Sado no longer drops on 2-3
   • Matsuwa is still avalaible at 2-3
   • Amagiri and Sagiri are avalaible at 2-3 for a limited time.
   • Johnston is avalaible at 2-3 for a limited time.
8. Ship Equipment update
   • Akizuki-class Destroyers can now equip Large Radars, Large Sonars, Command facilities and Armor Bulges.
9. Development update
   • Type 21 Air RADAR has a higher chance of being developed by using an Akizuki-class DDs as secretary.
   • 8cm High-angle Mounts has a higher chance of being developed by using an Agano-class CL as secretary.
   • Swordfish has a higher chance of being developed by using Ark Royal as secretary.
   • Late 298B, Ro.43 Recon Seaplane and Spitfire Mk.I has a higher chance of being developed by using Commandant Teste as secretary.
