October 16th 2020 Akigumo Kai Ni Update

1. Akigumo Kai Ni
   • Akigumo's Kai Ni is now avalaible for remdoel. She will also recive new voice lines
   • Akigumo will need to have an Action Report and a Blueprint along with some development materials.
   • Akigumo will have the special combat characteristic of Kagerou-class and Yuugumo-class Kai Ni remodel benifits.
2. New Equipment
   • The follow new equipment has been made avaliable:
     • Type 99 Dive Bomber Model 22
     • Type 99 Dive Bomber Model 22 (Skilled)
