Haruna Kai Ni B has been introduced.
- An AA focus FBB with an unique AACI,
- Can equip Seaplane Fighter.

Both:
- Can equip some Radar and some Secondary Guns in the RE.
- Can perform the Kongou-class touch (the Kongou-class touch has been slightly buffed).
- Has been added has a Yamato Touch Helper if paired with Kongou Kai Ni C.

New Equipment:
- 35.6cm Twin Gun Mount Kai Yon
  - This can be obtained with a quest
  - It has high fit bonuses with Haruna Kai Ni B/C
Equipability:
- and can now equip Type 22 Radar (K4/LM)
  
  in their RE.

New permanent quests:

- F117 Accuracy Improvement of Submarine Torpedo Attacks - 潜水艦魚雷攻撃の精度向上
