This is the list of all the official events launched by the game staff.
On these occasions, players gain access to special maps, which usually pertains to specific World War 2 battles. Exceptions include a tie-in to the anime Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova. These maps are only available for the duration of the event & usually have better drop rates than normal sortie maps.
While sortieing in specific event maps, special Abyssal Fleet bosses will be encountered. Although they are strong opponents, upgraded bosses such as the Battleship Princess are also able to make bucket reserves weep.
Starting from the Spring 2014 event, LoS -based checks were implemented. A fleet's total LoS affects movement through the map nodes & reaching the boss node. This mechanic has even reached extra operations maps.
Event List
- Spring 2013 Event
- Summer 2013 Event
- Fall 2013 Event
- Christmas 2013 Event (Arpeggio x Kancolle)
- Spring 2014 Event
- Summer 2014 Event
- Fall 2014 Event
- Winter 2015 Event
Tips
- The standard requirements to participate in an Event are:
- At least a 75% sortie win-rate. This is shown in the Fleet HQ Stats page.
- At least 5 free ship slots for new kanmusu to join before sortie.
- At least 20 free equipment slots before sortie.
- A stockpile of resources & buckets. Experienced admirals may have suggestions.
- Common knowledge says that resources' natural regeneration will allow the completion of all event maps in the usual two-weeks window. However, it depends on the mercy of RNG for the fleet's consumption, damage dealt & received, pathing, & the amount of retries to clear an event map.
- The natural regeneration tip is not applicable for buckets. It's recommended to stock-up before the event.
- Although it's also a game rule-of-thumb, it must be reiterated: always have at least two of each ship type ready & levelled as the event maps' fleet composition requirements will never be known beforehand.
