Equipment update

• Stat update:
  • Bomber Seiran (631 Air Group) - now has weak AAR

The devs said that new quests will be implemented in order to convert the Prototype Seiran into the Seiran (631 Air Group) in later updates.

Bug

• No.101 Transport Ship cannot take the 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount + 25mm Machine Guns Additions from another ship equipping it, even so she can equip it.
