• Both:
  • Can equip some Radar and some Secondary Gun in the RE.
  • Can do The Kongou touch (the Kongou touch have been slightly buffed).
  • Has Been Added with Kongou Kai Ni C has Yamato Touch Helper.

    • This can be obtained with a quest
    • It have high fit bonuses with Haruna Kai Ni B/C
