A category containing both surface-ship and submarine torpedoes will need a different name, or for this name to free up. This is under Submarine torps so it shouldn't get it anyway. When used by themselves or together with 
submarine radars, late-model submarine torpedoes can trigger Torpedo Cut-In types that have higher damage modifiers than the usual Torpedo Cut-In.
