Simple Hishimochi Math for everyone's reference:

Total Weekly Hishimochi reward from Quests: 1 (20WiC1) + 1 (20WiB1) + 3 (20WiB4) + 2 (20WiD1) + 1 (20WiG1) + 2 (20WiG2) = 10

Event lasts for 4 resets (see below): 10 x 4 = 40

Now the sum of Hishimochi rewards from One-Time Quests: 2 (20WiB2)) + 4 (20WiB3)) + 4 (20WiG3)) = 10

Event Clear Difficulty Variable: Casual (3) / Easy (7) / Medium (7) / Hard (12)

Maximum Possible Number of Hishimochi obtainable from the event, ceteris paribus: 40 + 10 + 12 = 62

(Of course, there are other variables, like fucking up and not clearing weeklies in time, etc. But assume ceteris paribus for the sake of not getting bogged down in the details.)

Now, total Consumption of Hishimochi, assuming each quest is only completed once (since 20WiG6 is a weekly): 6 (20WiG6) + 10 (20WiG4) + 15 (20WiG5) + 17 (20WiG7) = 48

Maximum Possible No. - Minimum Possible Consumed: 62 - 48 = 14

14 is sufficient to complete 20WiG6 2 more times.
