[[Akashi]] or [[Akitsushima|Akitsushima Kai]] have the ability to repair moderately damaged ships mid-sortie if they are equipped with [[Emergency Repair Materials]] and [[Ship Repair Facility]]. The repairs are triggered when the fleet reaches an [[Combat/Nodes#Non-Combat_Nodes|Emergency Repair Node]] and Akashi or Akitsushima are not moderately damaged or worse.
The amount of ships repaired depends on how many Ship Repair Facilities are currently equipped:
