According to the Dev Twitter E-4's mechanics regarding the starting point are determined based on the following factors:
* Combined Fleets will begin at Starting Point 1 and will be labeled as part of the Main Fleet Force.
* Single / Striking Force Fleets with the Shima Fleet Tags will be assign to Starting Point 3.
* Single / Striking Force Fleets with no tags will begin in Starting Point 2 and be tagged with the Nishimura fleet Tag
