There are two sub nodes that you can hit up easily in this map; D and E. D can be reached with an STF and E can be reached with a TCF. Having a BB, CV or Akitsumaru in the fleet will allow an STF to route to E after D. This can let you hit two sub nodes per run. The main fleet can be whatever mix of girls you want to level that meets the composition requirements. The escort is the most important and needs to have at least 3 OASW ships for minimal bucket use. Ideally all 6 girls should be OASW capable.

This map gains you the most exp per run but it is pretty tight in terms of composition. The objective is to hit Nodes C, A and B. That's two air raid nodes and a sub node. Since you'll need CVLs around to take AS to minimise losses as well as an AACI ship, this means that you'll realistically only have 3 slots free for leechers. You could risk it with only 4 OASW and an extra leecher in the escort, but that just means more retreats. Another great advantage to this map is that since you're hitting two air raid nodes, the flagships are guaranteed MVP twice. Therefore, rotating flagships should allow you to manage morale and spam the map non-stop.
