Introduction

The Spring 2015 Event Announcement! Operation 11 [発令！第十一号作戦] is (tentatively) set to start on April 28th, 2015 and end on May 17th. The event will be based upon the planned Operation 11.

Like the Winter 2015 Event, it will have selectable difficulties: Operation A (Hard), Operation B (Medium), and Operation C (Easy). This difficulty will be 'locked in' after the second map, and your choice of ships will also be frozen starting at the halfway point. There are numerous predictions that this will be a long event, and that the maps will be relatively difficult as compared to previous events, so teitoku are encouraged to prepare for the coming challenge.

Patch Notes

1. New Ships
   • An Italian BB from the "main force" will be one of the drops from completing the event. Presumably a ship from the Littorio class.
   • There is also likely another Carrier that will drop from the event.

Mechanics

Participation requirements

• Must have a 75% sortie win ratio
• Must have 5 empty ship slots for new ships
• Must have 20 free equipment slots

Special Mechanics

1. The difficulty system from the Winter 2015 Event will be present, with three levels: Operation A (Hard), Operation B (Medium) or Operation C (Easy).
   • However, you must have cleared at least Operation A or Operation B on the previous map to access Operation A (Hard) difficulty past the second event.
   • The difficulty you select will not change the map completion awards, but it will affect experience awarded,
2. Ship choice will likely be locked from the halfway point.
