August 30th, 2019 Summer Event 2019 Update

  1. Maintenance Period
    • Maintenance for the Summer 2019 Event. 1100-2200 JST.
  2. Event Title
    • The Event title will be called European Counterattack Operation! Commence "Operation Shingle"
  3. Operation Maps and Details
    • There will be a total of 3 Operations maps (2 Main Operations, 1 Final Operation)
      • Event Map 1: Brest Defense Operation
        • This map will use a Single Fleet
        • You will be defending the naval base at Brest by intercepting an abyssal fleet making their way to Brittany, France.
        • One of the rewards you will earn there is a Interceptor that will be capable of fighting against "Heavy Bombers at high Altitudes"
      • Event Map 2: Crossing Gibraltar
        • This Operation will use a Combined Fleet
        • Approximately starting within some point on this map your land base will have to face off against "Heavy Bombers at High Altitudes" on Normal and Hard Mode.
        • If you plan to play Normal or Hard mode, to defend against these attack you will need to use the special interceptor you can earn at E-1.
      • Event Map 3: Commence! "Operation Shingle"
        • This operation will require you to prepare a fleet that will be able to conduct an amphibious assault at Anzio, Italy.
  4. Event Lock Tags
    • Lock Tags will be used for different operations starting from Normal and Hard Mode
      • Hard mode is confirmed to have a total of 3 Locks overall.
  5. New Ships
    • A total of 4 ships are confirmed to appear this event.
  6. New Mechanic
    • Emergency Anchoarge Repair will be implemented this update.
      • You will need to have Akashi Kai or Akitsushima Kai in your fleet to perform this ability.
      • There are some conditions that much be met in order to use this ability.
        • You will need the consumable item Energency Repair Materials to perform these repairs
        • You must put Akashi Kai or Akitsushima Kai in your fleet, but they must not be in the flagship position.
