Mechanics
Share most of the properties of Reconnaissance Aircraft.
Capable of performing ASW attacks on its own (similar to Rotorcraft).
Increases the range of planes in the same planes Land-Based, from +1 to +3 range depending on the base's unmodified range.
Although it is a scout which does not actually participate in Aerial Combat mechanics-wise, it is still included in the launching animation if other planes are launched.
Despite being "flying boats", the Type 98 Reconnaissance Seaplane (Night Recon) and Loire 130M are not considered "Large Flying Boats" in the game.
