March 17th, 2017 Spring Update

1. Maintenance is expected to take place between 1100 to 1800 JST.
2. White Day Voice lines + furniture and Hinamatsuri CG will be removed
3. Additional Spring Furniture will be added.
4. Maximum Fleet Preset Slots will be expanded to 10.
5. Suzuya K2 will not be added after this update; however, it is still expected to be a reasonably substantial / detailed update in other ways.
