- data from http://kancolle-db.tk/ suggest raising value closer to 300 fuel and 400 steel is the most significant factor in obtaining rare destroyer, raising ammo value helps too but not more than half the significance of individual fuel and steel value. Raising value of bauxite with 300 fuel and 400 steel will only increase the likelihood of carriers.
