Introduction
トリコロールの国で開発された三座飛行艇です。
やや大型、そして低速で最新の機体ではありませんが、その頑丈な作りの本機は、艦載型のM型が「Richelieu」級などの主力艦に搭載、配備運用されています。

A three-seater flying boat developed in the Tricolor country.
Although it is a somewhat large, slow, and not the most modern aircraft, it is robustly built, with the model M ship-based version being installed and deployed on capital ships such as the "Richelieu-class".
This improved plane is piloted by an experienced pilot.
Be sure to try it out with France's elite ships!
Mechanics
Seaplanes are the main aircraft type used by non-carrier ships (mainly battleships, cruisers, and auxiliaries).
- They are notably required to trigger Artillery Spotting.
Reconnaissance Aircraft
Sp LB Recon
are planes that:
- Can trigger Contact.
- Does not contribute Fighter Power in Aerial Combat, and so cannot be shot down during it (can be shot down during Detection).
- When equipped to a Land Base:
- Can extend the minimum Combat Radius in Sortie Mode.
- Add a bonus multiplier to the total Defense Fighter-Power of the base in Air Defense Mode.
- Can contribute Fighter Power (if it has any Proficiency or
), and can be shot down.
Night Recons are normal Seaplane Recon with the extra ability to trigger "Night Contact".
- The scouting phase animation will not show up like day battles; instead, the night recon plane's animation is played in the enemy fleet's radar.
- [Bug] In a Combined Fleet situation, if a ship in the fleet equipped with a night scout is evacuated from the combined fleet using the Fleet Command Facility, the night recon can still trigger and activate as the fleet proceeds onward and enters a night battle.
