Note regarding the Kantai Collection forum : The forums will be changing servers. During the period of transfer, users can still make new posts, however once the transfer is complete users will be unable to do so. The old forum will be deleted after a few weeks after the transfer.

The transfer will take around 3~4 days to be complete. The new forums will be open to suggestions regarding new features, please contact Saya for more information.

Future updates

April 23rd maintenance:

• The Spring Event begins
  • 4 new ships, including a destroyer (likely Amatsukaze), new cruiser, and a ship of a new class (possibly Mamiya?)  There will be no standard carriers added
  • The new class ship will be obtainable from deep event map(s) 
• 2-3 ships will get a special remodel. To activate it, a new free item will be required
• New recon plane functionalities
  • Increased effectiveness in the aerial combat phase from successful scouting with carrier-based scouts and seaplane scouts
  • Special bonus in shelling phase from seaplane scouts

TBA:

• Haruna, Sendai, Tone-class and Bismarck to get Kai Ni

Last update

1.  New artwork for Ryuujou Kai.
2. Chitose and Chiyoda carrier Kai Ni gets new idle, resupply and secretary lines.
3. Shimakaze Kai gets new resupply, idle, secretary, and starting battle lines.
4. New BGM for 1-5, and a new night battle BGM has been added (needs more verification).
5. Removal of White Day Cookies from the item shop.
6. New UI interface in fleet selection menu, this new interface allows you to remove all your ships except the flagship from a fleet. You must have more than 1 ship in a fleet to do this. This button is located to the right of the Mamiya button, and to the left of the fleet name.
7. Equipment changes for enemy vessels:
   • Battleship Ru-Class Flagship, Battleship Ta-Class Flagship have their secondary cannons removed (or third main gun) and replaced with reconnaissance planes.
   • Battleship Ta-Class, Heavy Cruiser Ri-Class Elite, Heavy Cruiser Ri-Class Flagship get new reconnaissance planes.
