This is the list of all the official events launched by the game staff.
On these occasions players gain access to special maps, which usually pertains to specific battles and locations fought in World War 2, or like it happened once, included Arpeggio anime characters. These maps are only available for the duration of the event, and usually have better drop rates than normal sortie maps.
While sortieing in event maps you'll encounter special abyss fleet bosses which can only be seen there, those are strong opponents, though mainly depending on the map, can include recurring bosses such as the Battleship Princess, her hits can make players buckets reserve cry.
Starting from Spring 2014 LOS -based checks were implemented, your fleet total LOS affects your movement through the map nodes, or just getting to the boss node. This mechanic became commonly spread even to extra operations maps.

Tips
- The standard requirements to participate in an Event are:
- At least 75% sortie win-rate, this is shown in your Fleet HQ Stats page.
- At least 5 free ship slots for new girls to join your fleet before sortie.
- At least 20 free equipment slots before sortie.
- Stock-up Resource and Buckets, those are the basic needs of your fleet to have a smooth sail through the event.
- Common knowledge says that resources natural regeneration will allow you to finish all event maps in the usual two-weeks window. However, your fleet's consumption is still under the mercy of RNG, and how hard your ships get hit, and how many retries you take to clear an event map are not predictable, it's always recommended to stay on the safe side and stockpile a little.
- The natural regeneration tip is not applicable for buckets. It's recommended to stock-up before the event.
- If the branching rules for that map are demanding you might also find your ships feasting on your Fuel reserves.
- Although a global game rule-of-thumb, always have at least two of each ship type ready/level because we'll never know the fleet composition requirements of the event maps beforehand.
