Events

During events, qualified players gain access to a special "time-limited world" with exclusive maps, referencing historical/planned operations.

• The only exceptions being:
  • The Christmas 2013 Event, a collaboration event with the Arpeggio franchise,
  • Mini-Events, being centered around current Japanese seasonal events.

Event maps stay up for an indeterminate amount of time, on average 43 days for Phase 2, and which can range anywhere between 3 and 9 weeks, and being typically released in multiple phases:

• The "1st Stage Operations" (MO), being released at the event's start, with sometimes a delay of few days for some maps,
  • They range from 1 to 4 maps.
• The "2nd Stage Operations" (EO), being released some weeks after the MO, with sometimes a delay of few days for some maps,
  • They range from 1 to 3 maps.
• Eventually "Friendly Fleets", in either 1 or 2 waves, being released neer the event's end.

Events come in different scales:

• "Small Scale" for 1 or 3 maps,
• "Medium Scale" for 4 or 5 maps,
• "Large Scale" for 6 or 7 maps.

Event maps pose considerably higher challenge compared to normal maps, employing exclusive Abyssal Bosses and mechanics, such as Combined Fleets.
