Introduction
大型艦用パッシブソナー兵装です。 九三式水中聴音機の捕音機を増強した大型グレードアップバージョンで、大和型戦艦のバルバス・バウ付近にも装備されました。 専門の人員も配置して水面下の音を収集、敵潜などの早期発見に努めます。
Passive SONAR for large ships. Upgrade version of the Type 93 Passive SONAR by enlarging the sound collector, it was also equipted on Yamato-Class in their Bulbous Bow. They had specialized personnel on the machine constantly listening, it made efforts for fast recognition of any enemy submarines.
