Bug Fixes Stealth Update

- Early Spring 2024 Event, some routing requirements have been updated on E-, making them simpler
- The animation layers of the CVCI being wrongly displayed are fixed.
- Equipability:
- Souya (AGS) can now equip 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount
- Souya (AGS) and Hayasui can now equip 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount + 25mm Machine Guns Additions
- Souya (AGL/AGB) can no longer equip 12cm Single High-angle Gun Mount + 25mm Machine Guns Additions in her RE
